Privacy Policy
Prosys
Digicom Corp. ("Prosys") respects your privacy. This site does not
collect personal information about visitors. In particular, we do not
use "cookies" to collect information.
Personal information that you provide via e-mail or through other
online means will be used only for purposes necessary to serve your
needs, such as responding to an inquiry or other request for
information. This may involve redirecting your inquiry or comment to
another person or department better suited to meeting your needs.
We do, however, use server logs to collect
information concerning your Internet connection and general information
about your visit to our Web site. This information may be used to
analyze trends; to create summary statistics for the purpose of
determining technical design specifications; and to identify system
performance or problem areas.
This means we sometimes acquire, record and analyze portions of the
data that is entered into, stored on, and/or transmitted through this
site by you. This information is only released -- when legally required
-- to help law enforcement investigations, legal proceedings or
internal investigations of Prosys rule and regulation violations. These
groups would use the information to track the electronic interactions
back to the source computer(s) or account(s).
Some web pages may collect personal information about visitors and use
that information for purposes other than those stated above. Each web
page that collects information will have a separate privacy statement
that will tell you how that information is used.
If you have

To secure site integrity, Prosys

and procedures. Internal access to users' private and nonpublic
personal information is restricted to site administrators and
individuals on a need-to-know basis. Web FormSafe data is held in
strict confidence and will never be sold, altered or used in any manner
public or private, furthermore no unauthorized employees have access to
any FormSafe data stored on our premises.
ENFORCEMENT
In the event that Prosys becomes aware

activity, including but not limited to external security attacks,
Prosys shall take reasonable measures which it deems appropriate,
including but not limited to internal investigation and reporting, and
notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.
If Prosys becomes aware that a user's
personal information provided to Prosys has been disclosed in a manner

as permitted by law, of what information has been disclosed, to the
extent that Prosys knows this information.
Disclosures Required By Law
Please be aware that in certain
circumstances, it is possible that personal information may be subject
to disclosure pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas,
warrants, or orders.
Editor's note
about cryptography: Web FormSafe uses the latest technology available
for encrypting and protecting it's data, however encrypted data could
be reverse engineered by those who would want to crack it. Given enough
time and resources any encrypted data can be cracked,
whether it's PGP, SSL, SHA, MD5, RC2, RC4, Smartcard, or other secured
data. Proper data handling procedures and security protocols make this
job tougher when implemented correctly, so always practice your secure
measures and only allow trusted personnel to view or handle your
sensitive data. FormSafe is a tool to help you manage and collect this
data, it's up to you to ensure it isn't misused or falls into the wrong
hands. We apologize if this sounds a little foreboding, but we feel
that knowledge and information are one of the better defenses against
data theft. Remember PGP stands for "Pretty Good Privacy" not
"Perfectly Groovy Protection"!
