FormSafe is currently a hosted application, which means that we house
the application and setup web space for you to do business from.
FormSafe will be available soon to purchase as an application for your
corporate or personal web server, keep checking back here. Hosted Pricing
(Existing Commerce Customers)
- $150.00(usd) one time setup fee.
- $40.00(usd) per month. (new price)
- $350.00(usd) pre-paid for one year
Hosted Pricing (New Commerce Customers)
- $200.00(usd) one time setup fee.
- $40.00(usd) per month (promo price).
- $399.00(usd) pre-paid for one year (see below)
Form and Report Customization
- Create a new form min. $500(usd) per form*
- Modify a form $35(usd) per hour
- Create a new output report min. $500(usd) per report*
Note: For new customers we require a
minimum three month commitment from you. After which you can prepay and
save for a year or continue month to month. Setup fee is
non-refundable. Above pricing may change without notice.
*Custom forms and reports can be created to suit your needs
within reason. Price may vary depending on the complexity.
