Demo Area
Web FormSafe
has two areas, the client area and the administration area. The client
area is a fully customizable section, which allows it to fully integrate with
your current web site design.
Client Features:
- Customizable form fields and layout.
- Customizable look to your current site design.
- Comes with sample pre-built forms so you're ready to go*
- Forms have a customizable header that preempts each form.
- Forms can have logical validation (business rules).
- Forms can be multi-page.
- Only the data collected from the form appears in the FormSafe,
extraneous form fields are left out making the resulting display
easier to read.
- Forms can be named for easy recognition in the database.
Client Area Demo Samples
Note: We are currently using one of
our own SSL keys for this demo, generated by the
NetAlberta Root
Certificate Authority. This will cause a message box to be
displayed about an un-trusted site. This is only a demo, for a live
site we will use only
certified and trusted Root CA's for your SSL
security. To download and install our Root CA to clear the
warning message,
click here and open the certificate
and follow the prompts. Otherwise just click YES to the warning.
Admin Features:
- Easy to use no nonsense interface. (Look and see!)
- Sort the forms by date, name, and viewed.
- Forms in the database cannot be modified by anyone.**
- Only the data collected from the form appears in the FormSafe,
extraneous form fields are left out making the resulting display
easier to read.
- Results output can be customized
Login to the admin area using username
123demo and password 123456
Please note: Unfortunately, for
obvious abuse reasons we have turned off the email notification for
this demo. If this were an actual working FormSafe then you would
receive a notification after submitting a form. To view a sample
notification email follow the link below.
*Currently there are a limited number of pre-built forms available, so a custom form may need to be created to suit your needs.
**This does not apply to any data copied out of the FormSafe to your
local
computer.
